wonderful experience

Who knew I had it in me. I attended Kate’s sushi making class. Just the right level of difficulty and plenty of deliciousness. As a bonus learned some history too. May be someday I can walk that Nakasendo trail.

Kate is a bilingual sushi chef who resides in Saitama and dreams of opening her own sushi school.

I am a huge fan of sushi!

Attending Kate's Hands-On Sushi Class was a delightful experience. It was only 30 min. from Shinjuku. As a sushi enthusiast with no prior experience in making it, learning Japanese terms for tools like makisu and shamoji was enjoyable. The insights into sushi etiquette were beneficial, making Kate's class a must-try for travelers seeking a unique and informative sushi-making adventure.
